We hired GO SOLID ROCK (also goes by Solid Rock Pools & Spas, Solid Rock Landscape) to construct a 20x30 patio & 38ft... knee wall. The pavers were in-stock. The sales guy kept pushing back our installation date, first claiming that there was a supply problem, later saying they were behind on installations. The sales guy never followed up with me; I had to call him over a period of months. After concocting a tale of how the pavers had been misplaced & later found, he & owner demanded $600 claiming that the price went up. They wouldn’t give us a start date because they were pushing pool projects ahead of us- those required large cash upfront deposits. I asked them to sign a detailed itemized list of services and bundled supply costs; including drain pipes and sufficient sod to cover the full excavation area, because their measurement appeared short. I got their signature on it. When the paver job started, the team arrives w/o the drain pipes. The sales guy said he was charging me extra for them. I discovered that he had ordered a substitute paver (not what I selected/he never placed the 1st order/hoping I wouldn’t notice/ got stuck with) and the installers proceeded to lay the pavers down using a design of their own choosing and not the design that I asked for. When they laid 2/3rds of the needed sod he said I would have to pay extra to cover up the rest. I was at wits end from the poor service, deception and mistreatment, so I got my husband involved. Funny, his tune changed and he backed down. He threw in the drain pipe and promised to come back the next day to lay the sod. When I asked the sales guy when the team was going to show up to begin the knee wall he told me that “our project was too small and not worth finishing”. I sent respectful, but stern e-mail to the owner. His wife confirmed that they were walking away from the job, but would lay the needed sod. 2 more months of excuses. We installed the sod ourselves. We have been dealing with Jason since Sept 2019. Made a huge deposit for an inground pool and we have nothing to show... for but excusses after excuses. Was promise if we put down a larger deposit (90% of total cost) we would have pool in 6 weeks. It's now almost two years later. Solid Rock Pools and Spas was not the original name (Jason Hill Pools) of the company when we signed our contract. Beware!read more

Great company to work with! Very personable and always quick to respond to concerns. We had a pool installed with deck... and some serious grading and landscaping. You know you've found a great company when the owner will get on the equipment to get your yard exactly how you like it! we could not have asked for a better design of our pool. This was not a drawn out process and we would absolutely hire Solid Rock again!read more

My wife and I a very happy with the absolutely beautiful pool and spa by Solid Rock. We highly recommend them and was... happy with the customer service. Jason was the first person we met in being the one to come to give us the size, design, and cost of what we desired. He sent a beautiful 3D design and his personality and character was pleasant and trusting. Michael the owner is who we met next and he was also very pleasant and professional.
